These terms apply to SharedAI, operated by the SharedAI team (an independent developer). By signing in you agree to them. SharedAI is an early MVP offered free of charge.
Your account and your AI
- Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
- AI clients you connect act in your name. You are responsible for what you ask them to do in SharedAI and for reviewing what they write. Accepting proposals and recording decisions requires your confirmation.
- Only invite people you know, and only share content you are allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use SharedAI to break the law, harass people, send spam, store malware, or attack, overload or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the members of the spaces where you post it and to their AI clients, only to run the service.
No warranty
SharedAI is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a purpose. AI assistants can make mistakes: check important information and decisions yourself. SharedAI does not make bookings, payments or purchases.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by AI clients or other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using SharedAI and ask for deletion at any time (see the privacy policy). We may change or discontinue the service and will give notice by email where reasonable.
